Our client, an international company based in the Agecroft area are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join their team. This is a vitally important role to the business and an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a great track record of experience within their industry.
Job Role:The main duties of this varied and busy Senior Administrator role will involve:
Managing the day to day administration functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the workflowsOrder checking and processing orders
Dealing with incoming customer queries over the telephone and email
Booking collections
Arranging deliveries
Creating purchase orders
Providing guidance and professional development to other members of the team
Providing high level support to the senior executive team
Managing diaries
Coordinating meetings
Preparing reports
Overseeing the execution of special projects and initiatives
General administration duties
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate for Senior Administrator role will possess:
Previous administration experience in a demanding environmentGood IT skills including Excel
Sage knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Be able to work well and provide support to a team
Able to work in a demanding environment with changing priorities
