Our client, a highly respected and award-winning 5* housebuilder, is actively seeking passionate and driven New Homes Sales Advisors to join their growing team on developments across Norwich. Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (No weekends)

New Homes Sales Administrator requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and working with PDFs.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy, fast-paced workload.
- Experience working in New Homes
As a New Homes Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
- Responding to phone enquiries from both potential and existing customers in a friendly, efficient manner while upholding company standards.
- Progressing home sales and professionally managing part exchange processes to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Assisting the Sales team with diary management and appointment scheduling to support daily operations.
- Accurately recording and maintaining sales information and data.
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials, including weekly price lists and campaign content.
- Keeping the company website updated with relevant and accurate marketing information to help drive enquiries and sales.
- Ordering and managing stock for upgrades, interior furnishings, stationery, and marketing collateral.
