This senior role has responsibility for the overall business management of two busy surgeries. The post holder will have financial responsibility liaising directly with the Partners, supported by the Finance and Accounts Manager. Confidence to prepare annual accounts, control monthly cash flow, and interface at all levels is essential.
This will include liaison with external bodies e.g. banking; legal representatives; insurance and the practice landlords. The Practice Manager must ensure compliance with the principals as laid down by the Care and Quality Commission and all other Statutory Bodies.
