More detail about the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Administrator (previously known as Medical Secretary) to join our service at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation.
You will join the Community Cardiology Department working with our Cardiac Rehab Community Nursing Team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and vibrant team, is able to prioritise your own workload as well as that of your team as you will lead a discreet number of staff, and who can remain calm under pressure.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in dealing with service users on the telephone. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a busy team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and the Community Cardiology Service.
