As a Legal Secretary, you will assist the Head of Department and provide vital administrative support to Fee Earners in case preparation and general legal matters.
You will be responsible for:
Typing from digital dictation and copy typing of legal documents.Using a case management system to manage client files.
Communicating with clients both in person and by phone.
Taking and relaying messages accurately.
Performing general office tasks.
Ensuring adherence to SRA guidelines and regulations.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Litigation Secretary, Dispute Resolution Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.Ideally have civil litigation experience in a Litigation department.
Understanding of Windows 10, MS Word track changes, document formatting and Outlook would be preferred.
