Coffee Shop Assistant

Salary – £8.88-£12.10 per hour plus pension and company benefits

• Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner building relationships with our regular customers and creating special experiences for first time visitors• Offering a selection of hot and cold beverages• Ensuring Café and service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe• Other duties will include cash handling, replenishing stock and taking an active part in any unit sales promotions

• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Welcoming and friendly personality• Great attention to detail• Organised and good at multitasking• Flexible – with the ability to work additional hours / shifts when required would be beneficial• Previous experience in a similar environment would be preferable although not essential
