Senior Lettings Negotiator – Chelsea
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join an independent estate agency based on the Kings Road. Working closely with the Lettings Director, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end market and wants the autonomy to make a real impact.This is a unique position as you’ll be the sole negotiator in the team, giving you full ownership of the lettings process from start to finish.
What’s on offer?- Basic Salary: £30k
- OTE: £55-60k
- Commission: 5% pooled commission
- Car Allowance: £5000 (if required)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Location: Chelsea
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire lettings process from securing new instructions to completing successful lets, with full autonomy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and exceptional customer service.
- Conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating offers, and finalising agreements in line with the company’s high standards.
- Driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality instructions.
- Staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity, ensuring you are well-informed to offer expert advice.
- Working closely with the Lettings Director to develop and implement effective marketing and business strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally with exposure to the prime central London market.
- Proven track record of securing high-value lets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Chelsea property market is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence (if car required).
