Job Description
Are you passionate about aviation and driven to excel in sales? We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in distributing high-quality Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across the EMEA & ROW. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to represent a leading manufacturer in the aviation industry and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.Based UK or Europe ( fluent English) French speaker would be a plus but not essential
The Global Sales Director will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the aviation sector across EMEA & ROW
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, airports, distributors, military organisations, and municipal authorities.
- Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and stay abreast of competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.
