The Successful Applicant

IT Support Analyst - London - Financial Services

A successful IT Support Analyst should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support roles, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
• Experience supporting Trade floor systems and Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
