As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will:
Liaise with families, carers, and vulnerable clients with diminished capacity.Support clients in making financial and welfare decisions.
Handle a range of practical and administrative tasks on behalf of clients.
Communicate with a range of medical experts and external agencies.
Manage and organise client documentation and case files.
Ensure high standards of client care and professional communication.
Work collaboratively within a specialist legal team.
