We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and strategic new Deputy CEO (Education) who will play a pivotal role in driving the educational vision, strategy, and performance across our network of Academies. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be instrumental in supporting the Director of Primary and Director of Secondary to steer our academies firmly on the path towards excellence.Reporting to the CEO, this is a great chance to influence the future direction of travel of our Academies and KGA – adding value at the highest level.
The new Deputy CEO will be encouraged to provide inspiration, challenge and rigour, and to make their mark in the process. To be successful you’ll need to bring a clear track record of impact in education, leadership and school improvement- ideally with experience of influencing on a local, regional and national scale and bringing with you a strong network within the sector.You will have a flair for bringing people with you as a leader and be wholly committed to raising standards and delivering exceptional outcomes for young people.
