Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £25,000, Plus yearly company profit bonus. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new and existing customers to provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Work closely with the marketing team to qualify and follow up warm leads
• Conduct heat loss calculations using H2X and create and amend line drawing using AutoCAD
• Conduct customer visits / trade shows to support sales efforts and build customer relationships
• Input quotes and orders into sage accounting systems and maintain records on salesforce

Experience required:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• Experience with Sage, Salesforce and AutoCAD are desirable, but training will be provided for all systems
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
