Laboratory Technician (IFM), Full Time, Fixed Term up to 3 years duration
The role will also help identify fermentation kinetic parameters that could be used to improve diet formulation software and assist in the evaluation of dietary supplements. Applicants should be comfortable with data transfer and be able to manipulate data to facilitate curve fitting for the production of final reports.
The successful candidate should be:- Qualified to at least honours degree level in a relevant subject area (or have 2 years appropriate laboratory experience).
- Experienced in laboratory work.
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact at all levels
- Flexible and prepared to work autonomously or in conjunction with other researchers
