Role Details:
- Location: Scunthorpe
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one assistance to students.
- Work with small groups or individual students, helping with literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
- Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the educational and emotional needs of all students.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £85 and £100 per day, depending on experience.
