• Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and good HR practice.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
• Support the HR team in delivering a high-quality service to the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• CIPD Level 5 Human Resources.
• Experience in a similar HR Advisory role
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

• Salary £28,000 FTE
