• Category Management: Oversee the entire category journey within the business, from purchasing to stock levels and selling the products.
• Product Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the product portfolio, ensuring it meets market demands and company objectives.
• Purchasing: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of products, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive category growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of the product, with the opportunity to gain more in-depth knowledge on the job.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse category performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align category strategies with overall business goals.

• Passionate about mobile phones and smartphones (Apple, Samsung & More)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones / smartphones and willingness to learn more in-depth product information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
