Job Title - Cyber Security Awareness Agent

Reports to - Head of Cyber Operations

Department - IT

Salary - Up to £22,300 (DOE)

Location - Basingstoke

We are now recruiting for a Cyber Security Awareness Agent.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and support of our CSA customers either remotely (via email, helpdesk or collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom or WebEx) and/or via the telephone. The role includes creating customer cyber security awareness campaigns that include testing, training and education.

Responsibilities & Skills

Account Management level of support for our CSA customers
Maintain a professional relationship with customers at all times
Develop and utilise technical engineering skills to support the delivery of our platform and services.
Receive, prioritise and respond to customer tickets
Provide managed services in our SATT, GDPR and MPAS solutions.
Monitor systems for performance
Gain understanding of e-mail delivery requirements including filtering and safelisting of the delivery of the training. Monitoring and maintenance of CSA Managed Services (such as Phish999 and V-SCAN)
