Job Description
The Client Services Associate's duties include:
- Maintaining and organising electronic client records across several systems.
- Preparing and distributing investor reports, mainly through Excel mail merges.
- Supporting investor events and engagement projects alongside Marketing and Business Development teams.
- Responding to investor queries promptly and accurately via phone and email.
- Processing legal documents and conducting AML and KYC checks as needed.
- Leading data reconciliation projects with external service providers.
- Analysing stakeholder feedback and suggesting strategic improvements to enhance team efficiency.

The ideal Client Services Associate candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems. They are working in financial services and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate confidence in engaging with investors and internal stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to contribute to process improvement will be key to success.
