Exciting new opportunity as Key Account Manager. Exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospital Specialist or Key Account Manager with vascular access experience. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and generating demand for the procedure packs portfolio with all relevant stakeholders with a focus, Vascular Access, Critical Care, and Renal customers in target hospital accounts.
Key Responsibilities:The Key Account Manager performs field promotional work to sell, develop and retain (new) business and high trust relationships to achieve defined revenue targets and grow market share in assigned territory.
Ensures optimum market penetration of existing products as well as for new market segments.
Attends, as a company executive, territory and regional educational and conference trade shows. Demonstrates products/services and provides assistance.
Working with sales management and product specialists to prepare territory sales plans and agreed objectives. Executes the territory sales strategy in the field including meeting all sales targets, monitoring own performance and taking all steps reasonably necessary to meet or exceed the targets while containing costs.
Achieves monthly and annual sales performance objectives.
Actively pursues new business on a daily basis and maintains thorough territory knowledge of prospects and competitive products.
Delivers new Business across all chosen specialities across the region in conjunction with the Product Specialist team
Identifies areas for improved profitability across the Territory through negotiated price increases, product substitutions, addition of further value items to the product offeringUnderstands the cost to serve model at a customer level and delivers robust solutions that create a win/win for both customer and the business
Uses best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility.
Identifies and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) key opinion leaders and key referrals in all focus accounts.

Qualifications
Educated to Degree level and/or relevant professional qualificationFull Driving Licence
Person experience required- 3 years successful medical sales experience
Cath Lab, Vascular Access, Critical Care, Renal Sales experience is an advantage
Account ManagementCore sales skills, i.e. networking, cold calling, sales presentations, closing the sale, sales process, Negotiation skills
