IT Systems Administrator
Hobson Prior is seeking a System Administrator to join our team. This role will work with suppliers and partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will support our IT business systems and infrastructure to help the company achieve its global growth plans.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to deliver IT solutions.
- Ensure IT systems and infrastructure support business growth.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Administer corporate networks, including firewalls, switches, WiFi, and VPNs.
- Handle critical system outages and improve IT policies and processes.
- Manage, upgrade, and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, and servers.
- Work within ISO 27001 standards.
- Utilize Cisco networking and Powershell.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Experience with SaaS and IT Helpdesk.
- Ability to adapt in a changing business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- IT-related qualification.
