Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Breast Imaging Unit, ensuring the highest standards in diagnostic imaging.Drive the development and continuous improvement of the department, enhancing its services and patient care.
Manage staff, including their skill development, ongoing training, and performance, ensuring they remain at the forefront of best practices.
Provide hands-on support, offering guidance and leadership to the team to maintain excellence in patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Extensive background in Diagnostic Radiography with a post-graduate certificate or equivalent in Mammography.Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring teams in a healthcare setting.
Commitment to Excellence: Deep understanding of hospital policies and a passion for continuous improvement in healthcare services.
