School Administrator - Temporary

10am–2pm Monday–Friday

Job Description: We are currently supporting a school in Hartlepool who are looking for a Part-Time School Administrator.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing student records and updating databases
• Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications
• Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities
• Supporting the administrative team with various tasks as needed
• Greeting visitors and providing assistance as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
