Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our long-standing manufacturing client to recruit a Compliance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an important position, and you will need to be highly diligent, responsible and highly conscientious.
Core Duties/Responsibilities- Managing BRC and ISO accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance to both standards
- Responsible for the sites Quality Management System (improving, maintaining, reviewing and updating)
- Managing the site Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) plan (improving, maintaining, reviewing and updating
- Managing the site HARA team
- Heading up all third party and customer site audits related to quality
- Management of the internal audit process, ensuring audits are scheduled and completed on time
- Ensuring nonconformances raised during internal and external audits are logged, managed, actioned, closed and action effectiveness is monitored
- Preparing for senior management meeting, pulling departmental reports together, arranging the meeting, presenting the reports presentation to the team

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes:
- A background in quality and regulatory compliance is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High working knowledge of all MS packages including Word and Excel
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude
- Experience in building relationships and liaising with stakeholders
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
This is a full-time position, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 5pm and Friday, 8.45am to 4.30pm
