Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our long-standing manufacturing client to recruit a Compliance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an important position, and you will need to be highly diligent, responsible and highly conscientious.

• Managing BRC and ISO accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance to both standards
• Responsible for the sites Quality Management System (improving, maintaining, reviewing and updating)
• Managing the site Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) plan (improving, maintaining, reviewing and updating
• Managing the site HARA team
• Heading up all third party and customer site audits related to quality
• Management of the internal audit process, ensuring audits are scheduled and completed on time
• Ensuring nonconformances raised during internal and external audits are logged, managed, actioned, closed and action effectiveness is monitored
• Preparing for senior management meeting, pulling departmental reports together, arranging the meeting, presenting the reports presentation to the team

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes:

• A background in quality and regulatory compliance is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High working knowledge of all MS packages including Word and Excel
• Data analysis and statistical aptitude
• Experience in building relationships and liaising with stakeholders
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

This is a full-time position, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 5pm and Friday, 8.45am to 4.30pm
