This unique role offers the opportunity to support the company’s founders across both professional and personal domains, ensuring seamless coordination of their day-to-day affairs.

The role will be based in their small but dynamic North Shields office in hybrid arrangement, allowing for some home working.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties (Professional):
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across time zones.
- Organise travel logistics: flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visas.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming communications and prioritising requests.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential files and ensure smooth document management.
Personal Assistant Duties (Personal):
- Coordinate personal appointments and household staff as needed.
- Oversee personal travel and holiday planning, including booking arrangements and itineraries.
- Manage personal errands such as gift purchases, reservations, and event planning.
- Handle personal finances including expense tracking, invoices, and occasional bill payments.
- Support with home management tasks such as repairs, contractors, and household inventory.
- Ensure seamless integration between professional and personal schedules.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar EA/PA or hybrid role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable:
- Experience in technology, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with family office environments.
- Background in start-up or fast-paced organisations.
