Introduction to the role: We are recruiting a Service Manager to be part of the Choices team at Grace Eyre. The role is to manage both supported living and outreach services for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Brief outline of the role: As Service Manager in a Grace Eyre Coastal service, you will expected to supervise a team of Support Workers and a Team Leader, ensure the quality of the services and ensure the people we support are living their lives in line with the Grace Eyre Charter.

The services are located in Shoreham, Worthing and some outreach in Littlehampton.
