The duration of this contract is on a 6-month rolling basis. They can pay a competitive rate of £45 - £50ph umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
Offer legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care.To manage all aspects of court representation as required.
To advise and/or present to courts, meetings, and members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County Solicitor.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care lawSomeone who has worked for a public sector organisation within an Adult Social Care legal team.
Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team with an local authority
