£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised learning plans to address the specific needs of each student
- Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in tutoring students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in a school or educational environment
- Potential travel to different locations to meet with students
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
