About You

To support our mission, we are looking for a proactive team player to join a forward thinking People function, someone who has the ability to work in a fast paced role, with a strong sense of accuracy, high attention to detail and is ready for a new challenge.

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will have worked in a customer focused role. You’ll also have strong IT skills and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload.

About the Role

This is a key role within the HR team and aims to provide a customer focused HR related administration and support service. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Effective operation and maintenance of our people management systems, trackers, spreadsheets and databases

Full ownership of the administration of recruitment activities, with a high focus on adherence to relevant legal/statutory requirements e.g. right to work
With support from the HR team, provide first line advice on key aspects of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures, particularly relating to contracts, right to work, maternity/paternity and sickness absence
Understanding and applying data protection principles to work
Meeting facilitation, including the provision of confidential and discreet note taking, in line with policy timescales
Using systems to compile and distribute a range of HR data/reports

Building and maintaining credible relationships which help foster positive relationships within the workplace
