Role: Administration Assistant
Location: Dudley
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (24 hours minimum) - Must be Flexible

Hourly Rate: £12.21+ DOE

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client a well-established lifting gear supplier in the Dudley area. The company have a strong reputation for reliability, product expertise, and exceptional customer services.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior administration experience who is looking for a supportive and flexible working environment. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the companies operations, helping with day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting other staff members and covering reception when needed.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours for holiday and sickness cover.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Sage software is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided on our products and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Confident communication skills (written and telephone).

Working Hours:

  • Part-time hours (to be agreed!)
  • Early Friday Finish guaranteed - close at 2pm!
  • Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness when needed.
