An established, leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5-10 years PQE) to join its Property Litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including landlord-tenant disputes and development conflicts, while offering guidance to junior colleagues.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong technical expertise and experience in regional or national firms. This position also requires an active role in business development and nurturing client relationships. Competitive salary and growth opportunities available.
Key areas of focus include:
- Disputes in managing commercial landlord and tenant portfolios
- Claims related to forfeiture, possession, and dilapidations (interim and terminal)
- Addressing issues with insolvent tenants
- Strategic advice for acquiring development sites
- Disputes over easements, such as rights of way and light
- Restrictive covenant challenges
- Conflicts involving development, option, and overage agreements
- Residential landlord and management disputes
- Trusts of land disputes and trustee appointments
- Residential lease extensions and freehold purchases
