Job Description
  • Administering the recruitment process for early careers programs.
  • Collating and maintaining candidate data with high accuracy.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Working with the wider HR team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
  • Producing regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc recruitment projects when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant company and legal policies.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Early Careers Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR systems.
  • A genuine in pursuing a career in early careers/HR
  • Experience in a professional services environment is essential.
