Class 1 Driver - Birkenhead
Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Knowsley. This is store work with start times between 0400-0900
Pay rates PAYE- £16.00/h days
- £21.00/h Saturday
- £23.00/h Sunday
- £17.93/h days
- £23.53/h Saturday
- £25.77/h Sunday
- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
- Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card. Please note you need to have held your licence for a minimum of 12 month.
- Experience in store deliveries is preferred
