About the Role:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the menu.
• Ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist with training and mentoring.
• Maintain efficient food production processes.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Contribute ideas to menu planning using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
