A well-known manufacturing organisation in the Clydebank area is working with Hays to find a candidate who will join them as a part-time payroll administrator. This individual will join the team on a permanent contract. The position is office based. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 3 days a week or 25.5h between 8.30 am to 5 pm, with flexible working options available.

On-site parking is available.

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for; end to end payroll process, the administration of the time and attendance system and to provide support to line managers and staff, as required analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties.

Dealing with sundry payroll matters such as P45/P60/P11D experience would be beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be experienced at running both weekly and monthly payrolls.
