We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hall Staff. As a Hall Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires strong hospitality, time management, and basic math skills.

• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service
• Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and answering any questions
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional service

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
