Electrician

• Annual Salary: £34,070 - £36,341with potential earnings up to £50,000
• Location: Edinburgh (travel to various locations)
• Job Type: Full-time

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial properties, ensuring compliance and safety through your expert electrical services.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out Electrical Remedial works in both commercial and domestic properties, addressing C2, C3, and F/I defects from EICR reports.
• Respond to reactive callouts and maintenance tasks both during regular hours and out-of-hours (participation in call-out rota required).
• Engage in LED Lighting Replacement Projects.
• Complete all necessary administration including MWs, EICs, Customer Satisfaction Notes, and Quotes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 6 points, meeting insurance requirements.
• Qualified Electrician with SJIB / JIB Card.
• SVQ / NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing qualifications (desirable but not essential).
• Proficient IT skills.
• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
• IPAF and PASMA certifications (desirable but not essential).
• City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
• AM2 certification.
