Location – Tadworth, KT20 7NS
Hours – Monday – Friday, 07:00am - 16:00pm or 08:00am - 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to work closely with the management team to support and oversee the day to day running of the facilities operation. You will help support with budgeting, quotations, purchase orders and planned maintenance schedules.
In this role, you will provide administrative support and manage the office functions ensuring effective communication with all team members. In addition, you will collect and appropriately file all goods received delivery notes, service, and engineer reports, as well as tracking and updating all quotations and approvals for remedial and reactive works.
We’re looking for someone to be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to the job to support the manager, team, and our client.
As an Apleona Facilities Coordinator, we’re looking for:
Experience working in FM industry or in office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent customer service skills
Great planning and organising skills
Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
Attention to detail
Experience in using CAFM
