We will provide a van fully kitted out with all the tools you need, plus you get to choose the workwear which you want.
As a Facilities Maintenance Operative at CCP, you will play a vital role in maintaining buildings that provide supported
accommodation to Adults in Herefordshire. This is a part-time role, 30 hours/4 days per week (Must be able to work a Friday) 09:00- 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
- Utilise your hands-on maintenance/DIY skills to handle emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, painting, and decorating.
- Maintaining outside spaces/grounds and gardens, such as mowing, strimming and hedge trimming.
- Contribute to creating safe, secure, and homely environments for those who may otherwise be homeless.
- Thrive at building relationships, be it with those you are supporting or with our network of partner agencies.
- Manage a busy caseload with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Working in people’s homes or from drop-in sites, seeing multiple people in a typical day and given the flexibility to be

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasingadditional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home tothe allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering
business use.
