General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of resources across their service area in order to ensure the delivery of a safe, compliant, effective and efficient clinical service within agreed resources and meeting financial objectives.
The General Manager will work in partnership with Clinical Leads and Practice Governance Coaches to ensure that clinical and operational and financial objectives are integrated and to develop jointly agreed priorities. This will require the leadership and development of the workforce, including clinical staff and promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement which focuses on the needs of service users and carers.
The General Manager will also support and contribute to the development of the Trusts strategic direction and objectives by continually improving performance and services in line with the Trusts mission and values. All employees of the Trust are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect patients.
