Job Description
  • Supplier maintenance
  • Processing Invoices/Expenses/Credit notes including delivery notes and invoices,
  • Processing payments to Suppliers
  • Dealing with Supplier queries
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Management of Finance mailbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Assistant' should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
