Part-time role - 22.5 hours per week – flexible working (every 3rd Saturday morning)

The Healthcare Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Central Healthcare Operations Team. The role involves providing administration and documentation support to the Healthcare Operations Team.

What you'll need :

• Enjoying working within a small team to deliver outcomes
• A strong administrative background
• Are meticulous in your attention to detail and like to see projects through to completion
• Are good at reviewing current processes to suggest improvements and efficiencies
• Enjoy problem solving and get satisfaction from finding the solution and are curious and happy to explore existing and new technologies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate with stakeholders of all levels

Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm & 7.30am - 4.00pm on some weeks.
