Are you someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in a child’s life? Do you have a passion for helping young people thrive, especially those who find communication and social interaction a bit more challenging?

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team supporting children aged 7–11, many of whom are on the autism spectrum. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a supportive, caring environment where every day brings new opportunities to help a child grow in confidence and independence.

What your day might look like:

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils so they feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
  • Encouraging independence and celebrating small wins that lead to big progress.
  • Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Being flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school—sometimes this includes physical intervention, but don’t worry, we provide full training.
  • Supporting not just academic learning, but also emotional, social, and personal development.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs.
  • A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
  • Great communication skills and a calm, positive attitude.
  • Experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll give you all the training you need.

What you’ll get in return:

  • A competitive salary and a £1000 welcome bonus to get you started.
  • A strong focus on your professional development and well-being.
  • A friendly, collaborative team that supports each other.
  • The chance to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.

If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us your CV.
