Check out the attached job description to learn more about what awaits you at Housing 21.We’d love to meet you!While this role is home based you will need to travel into the Head Office in Birmingham as and when required, so you will need to live within a commutable distance.What we’re looking forThe requirements for the role include:Experience in a fast paced administration roleGood working Knowledge of Word and ExcelExperience in HR administration across a broad range of activities (desirable)Front line Customer Service Experience (desirable)Experience of working with a HR and or ticketing electronic system (desirable)A basic awareness of employment law e.g. right to work/DBS (desirable)Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent related qualification (desirable)Working towards / willing to work towards CIPD Level 3 (desirable)If you don’t meet all the requirements for this role, that’s ok!
