Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Private Equity Associate for their private equity transaction practice advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a broad range of matters, including;- auction and buyout processes
- majority and minority investments
- bolt-ons
- exits
- corporate advisory work
You should also have excellent drafting & technical skills and some market knowledge of typical terms on private equity transactions.
