• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality accounting and finance services
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Oversee and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Ensure all financial reports and records are accurate and compliant with relevant standards
• Identify opportunities for business growth and enhancements in service delivery
• Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at networking events
• Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay abreast of latest industry trends and regulatory changes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Outsourcing Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a managerial role within an accounting and finance department
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
• Excellent client service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,00 per annum
