Job Description- Preparation and maintenance of financial records in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Analysis and review of lease agreements.
- Ensuring all lease related expenses are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to lease accounting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
The Successful Applicant
Lease Accountant:
A successful Lease Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting theory and lease accounting standards.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- An estimated salary ranging from £46,800 to £56,00 per annum.
