Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, trainee Solicitors approaching qualification, Legal Executives, or experienced Paralegals who have managed their own clinical negligence caseload. The firm is open to candidates with a background in either Claimant or Defendant work.
In this role, you will work closely with a Director on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims while independently managing your own caseload of approximately 40 lower-value and less complex cases. These will span a wide range of clinical negligence matters.
Your responsibilities will cover the full life cycle of a clinical negligence claim—from initial assessment and evidence gathering through to compliance with pre-action protocols, issuing proceedings and managing litigation through to trial.You will benefit from ongoing support, close supervision and structured training provided by a highly experienced team.
