A leading in-house organisation is looking for Senior Family Solicitors to permanently join their reputable Family team, with one day office attendance required per week in Manchester, Sheffield, Stratford-upon-Avon, or Bristol.
The Senior Family Solicitor will be required to:
- Undertake a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, matrimonial and private childcare matters
- Deal with varying complexity of cases from initial instruction through to completion
- Line management responsibilities, ensuring Associates are on track with their caseload
- At Lead level, would also delegate work throughout the team as a subject matter expert
