About the role
We’re excited to be looking for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Team Leader to join our Health, Dental and Social Care Team.
This will see you working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. Added to this, you’ll be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play an integral part in the success of apprentices.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Leading a team of IEPAs to support multiple functions within delivery
- Ensuring all team members are cross trained against all functions/working processes and work with Q&C to ensure they have a clear plan to be released from double marking with a robust rationale
- Completing audits across area of responsibility
- Supporting with the development and delivery of IEPA briefings, training materials and resources where required.
- Maintaining a strong and broad understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements through engaging with wider Quality, Improvement and Compliance teams and relevant regulatory and compliance documentation

- Experience of working in a fast paced, high pressured work environment
- Experience of supporting, coordinating and/or developing complex processes
- Prioritising and processing large volumes of work whilst maintaining accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and able to work independently
- Well organised and able to support multiple team functions
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to operate multiple platforms
