Job Description

Oversee the preparation of all conveyancing documentation
Lead a team of paralegals to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services
Liaise with solicitors, lenders and clients to facilitate efficient transactions
Monitor legal regulations related to conveyancing to ensure compliance
Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation
Maintain and update client records in a confidential and professional manner
Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
Support the wider legal team with ad hoc tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:

Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and legislation
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
